Theo's of Princeton Salon asks that you arrive on time for your appointments. We will also make every effort to run on schedule. We recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave the salon to ensure your choice of day and time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Any appointment cancelled or missed without 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation charge for the scheduled services. Non-compliance with this policy will require a credit card to reserve any further appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PAYMENT & GRATUITIES

Theo's of Princeton salon accepts cash, check, visa, MasterCard, and discover. Gratuities are not included in the price of any services and they cannot be added to checks or credit cards.

PRICING & RETURN POLICY

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are "starting at." They may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and time required to perform your services. All sales, including retail and services, are final.

CELL PHONE RESTRICTIONS

To maintain a serene and respectful environment for everyone, we strictly enforce a policy of minimal cell phone use. Please ensure your ringer is turned off upon entering our facility. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is mandatory and highly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

ATTIRE

Please keep in mind that during any chemical service we request that you wear the robe we provide. Theo's of Princeton Salon will not be held responsible for any damaged clothing or accessories, so please dress accordingly for your appointment.

REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATES

If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate you won or bid for at a charity event or fund-raiser, you must inform the receptionist when you call to schedule your appointment.
